ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
We are involved in designing one off housing, small infill developments, duplex's, apartments and extensions to existing dwellings and would love to help you with yours!
Our aim is to provide innovative, cost-effective, design-led building & planning solutions, combined with a personal, pro-active approach to your project.
Our projects span across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, and Cavan.
PLANNING
We have a variety of experience of the planning system, planning applications, planning retention and appeals. We offer honest, impartial advice for any project.
MEASURED SURVEY
Before commencing a project, we can provide a measured survey of the existing structures, dwellings, outbuildings, extensions and overall sites.
We can provide general arrangement plans, floor areas or full detailed surveys including windows, doors, sanitary ware, intricate architectural detail, levels etc.
We also have a drone surveying service available if required.
3D VISUALISATION
We offer 3D modelling works for our clients based off a measured survey or simply an idea for a new build/ renovation and extension.
We can provide high quality, photorealistic 3D visualization services at affordable prices. We put attention to every detail in the project to meet your expectations and satisfy you with the results.
PRE PURCHASE SURVEYS
Prior to the purchase of a property, clients are advised by their solicitor or bank to have a pre-purchase survey completed on the property. A survey report reviews the general condition of a dwelling and highlights any problems that may arise.
Our reports are aimed to help Clients, as the purchase, to understand any risks and potential expenditure relating to the condition of the property that may crop up after the purchase of the property.
SNAG LISTS
Prior to the purchase of a newly constructed property, clients are advised by their solicitor or bank to have a snag list of the dwelling completed.
A Snag List is a detailed report of snags, defects, unfinished or incomplete work your builder/developer has not attended to.
DRONE SURVEYING AND MAPPING
We use a method of aerial surveying which involves flying an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over a chosen area to acquire high-resolution aerial images and geospatial data.
We process this data to create true to scale drawings, BIM models, ortho-mosaic, ortho-imagery, photos and 3D point clouds, 360 degree tours along with a range of other deliverables.
We have worked on a wide range of project types including one-off houses and extensions, renovations housing schemes plus commercial and industrial developments.
